Lot of cheese and sausages from Salamanca. Developed by small factories that made the tradicional way.

The lot includes  Iberian shoulder bellota, chorizo iberico bellota and semi-cured sheep's cheese.

The products of this lot are first quality products being certified by external companies to certify their quality.

 

The lot consists:


  • Paleta Ibérica de bellota (acorn-fed Iberian Shoulder): is the front leg of the Iberian pigs. Draised exclusively in woodlands and pastures, in freedom and fed on acorns.

The color of this is reddish and with small fat infiltration.

Cured superior to 30 months to achieve the maximum flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Weight between 5.75 Kg. and 6 Kg.

Warranty: Iberian product certified by Calicer.

 

  • ½ Chorizo iberico bellota (Acorn-fed Iberian Chorizo): is made from selected lean. Comes from Iberian pigs reared in freedom and fed on acorns.

Its development is in a traditional way, with natural spices.

Approximate Weight of 0,6 Kg and presented vacuum packed .

 

  • Sheep's semi-cured cheese: made with raw milk from sheep come from 'Los Arribes'.

Healing ranges between 60 and 180 days.

The weight of the product is approximately 1,5 kg. Vacuum-packed.

Warranty: Quality Mark "Tierra de Sabor" and Cheeses "Arribes de Salamanca".
