This shoulder is produced in Salamanca in a traditional way.

Iberian shoulder from Salamanca are products of great quality, because there are two circumstances that make these products are exceptional: the large meadows and climatology, cold winters and hot summers make the products are a delight to the palate. It is an exquisite yet healthy delicacy.

  • Conservation: it does not need cold, must remain at room temperature. As soon as it has been begun we recommend that it should be consumed in 4-6 later weeks.
