Cold meats and cheeses in the province of Salamanca are renowned for their great quality. Developed by small factories that made the tradicional way.

 

The lot composion:


  • The fully acorn-fed Iberian ham comes out of the rear leg. Raised exclusively in woodlands and pastures, in freedom and fed on acorns. An authentic jewel of Spanish cuisine.

The color of this ham is reddish and with fat infiltration.

Cured superior to 46 months to achieve the maximum flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Weight between 7.5 Kg. and 7,75 Kg.

Warranty: iberian product certified by Calicer.

 

  • ½ Acorn-fed Iberian dry-cured loin. Raised exclusively in woodlands and pastures, in freedom and fed on acorns.

This product presents a gentle marbling fat, that makes him very juicy.

Weight between 0,6 Kg. and 0,65 Kg.

Presents vacuum packed .

Warranty: Iberian product certified by Calicer.

 

  • ½ Acorn-fed Iberian Chorizo is made from selected lean. Comes from Iberian pigs reared in freedom and fed on acorns.

Its development is in a traditional way, with natural spices.

Approximate Weight of 0,6 Kgs and presented vacuum packed.

 

  • ½ Acorn-fed Iberian Salchichón is made from selected lean. Comes from Iberian pigs reared in freedom and fed on acorns.

Its development is in a traditional way, with natural spices.

Approximate Weight of 0,6 Kgs and presented vacuum packed.

 

 

  • Sheep's cured cheese, “Abuelo Calderero”, made with raw milk from sheep come from 'Los Arribes'. Healing ranges between 6 and 12 months.

    The weight of the product is approximately 1,3 - 1,4 kg.

    Vacuum-packed.

    Warranty: Cheese "Arribes de Salamanca" and "Tierra de Sabor"



  • Crianza wine from D.O. Ribera del Duero elaborated with 100% Tempranillo grapes from 25 years old vines in winery.

The wine is placed in new and used American and French oak barrels where it will stay for 12 months. After at least one year ageing in the bottle, we market the wine.

Packaging: Bottle 0,75 l.

Recommendation: Red meats, lamb, pork, big game and cured cheeses.

Presentation


 

All products that compose our lots are treated individually to avoid any damage during transport.

 

The lot will ship in a cardboard box which will include all items that compose it and other products you purchase in our shop.

 

The jamon iberico de bellota (acorn-fed Iberian ham) is wrapped in a special paper and then in a cloth bag to prevent it form deteriorating during the transport.

 

Embutidos (cold meat) and cheese will vacuum packed individually.

If you want to give a lot of Iberian products, we include a card with the text you have indicated to us at the time of purchase, with no extra charges.

 

Transport
