Composed of sheep cheese, 1/2 iberian chorizo, lomo embuchado and tray of acorn iberian shoulder.

The sausages and cheeses from the province of Salamanca are recognized by their high quality.

 

The lot composition:

 

  • ½ Chorizo Iberico (Iberian Chorizo): is made from selected fine meat. Comes from pigs raised on freedom in the pastures and fed with natural feed (leguminous and grain). Its development is in a traditional way, with natural spice. Approximate Weight of 0,6 Kgs and presented vacuum packed.

 

  • ½ Lomo embuchado (salted and cured loin):comes from pigs white. Its development is in a traditional manner, with paprika what gives it a reddish color. Approximate Weight of 0,8 Kgs and presented vacuum packed.

 

  •  Sheep's cheese (Queso Curado): Made with unpasteurized milk from the region of the Arribes. It develops in a traditional manner within the Arribes del Duero. Approximate Weight of 1,2 Kg and presented vacuum packed.

Warranty: Cheese with quality mark Tierra de Sabor.

 

  • Tray of acorn iberian shoulder (pata negra): comes the front leg of the Iberian pigs. Raised exclusively in woodlands and pastures, in freedom and fed on acorns. The color of this is reddish and with small fat infiltration. Approximate Weight of 0,15 Kg and presented vacuum packed.
