Composition of lot:


  • ½ Chorizo (Iberian Chorizo): is made from selected fine meat. Comes from pigs raised on freedom in the pastures and fed with natural feed (leguminous and grain).

Its development is in a traditional way, with natural spices.

Approximate Weight of 600 grs.

Presented vacuum packed.

 

  • ½ Lomo embuchado (salted and cured loin): comes from pigs white. Its development is in a traditional manner, with paprika what gives it a reddish color.

Approximate Weight of 1 Kg.

  • Sheep's cheese (queso de oveja): Made with unpasteurized milk from the region of the Arribes. It develops in a traditional manner within the Arribes del Duero..

03/26/2014 Manu (Santander). Los imprescidibles Para mi el chorizo, lomo y queso no pueden faltar en casa y a la hora de merendar. Estos están muy ricos y a los niños le encantaron. A mi el queso me gusta más el curado que este semi, pero esta bueno.
