This cheese is produced in one of the regions of the province of Salamanca with more tradition in cheese making. The factory that makes these cheeses is inside Natural Park Arribes del Duero.

Milk used for sheep production come from the region of Los Arribes.

  • Elaboration: prepared traditionally, the company is a small family business. It is made from raw sheep milk.
  • Ingredients: raw sheep's milk, rennet, salt, enzymes and lysozyme (derived from egg)

The oil is Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Expiration: it is recommended to eat in the 3 months of receipt.
  • Storage: We recommend that you store in a cool dry place, between 3-6C°. A suitable place may be the bottom of the fridge.
