Iberian Ham Cebo comes from the rear leg of Iberian pigs, which have been raised on freedom in the pastures and fed with natural feed (leguminous and grain).
This ham is produced in Salamanca in a traditional way.
Cured superior to 30 months to achieve the maximum flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture.
The weight is 3.75-4.Kg.
